Robert passed away on April 1, 2016 at Sacred Heart at 6:40 p.m.
He was deaf.
He was born at Altoona, PA.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He was retired from the State Commission for the Deaf at New Mexico.
He loved to bowl, read books, crossword puzzles and cross stitches.
He had viral encephalitis.
He is survived by his wife Brenda Munk Geesey of almost 14 years.
He has two children, son Marty Geesey and Wendy Geesey Nicolini (husband Jerry); one granddaughter, Isabella Nicolini; stepson, Matt Gebeke; also survived by four sisters, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
Memorial Services will be held at Intersection Church / Spokane Deaf Church, 905 N. McDonald Rd., Spokane Valley, WA 99216.
There will be drinks, light fruit and nuts served.
A green plant or flowers will be accepted.
