Kathleen passed away April 6, 2016.

She was born November 14, 1922 in Reynolds, ND to Mark and Martha Fitzpatrick.

She graduated from high school in Reynolds, ND in 1940.

Kathleen moved to Spokane with her parents in 1942 where she met and married Cecil R. Jared.

They were married for 72 years.

She worked side by side with Cecil at Gothman’s Greenhouse then at Hangman Valley Gardens until she retired in 1996.

Kathleen loved cooking, baking, making quilts, reading, doing cross word puzzles, and music of all kinds.

She is survived by her children, Ronald R. Jared (Rhonda), Marian K. Lima (Ed), Karen Jared Munsey, grandchildren; Edward Lima (Vicki), Jared Branom (Phaedra), Gregory Jared (Dalyn), Jennifer (Branom) Bates (Ryan), Todd Munsey, James Munsey, great-grandchildren; Joseph Lima, Nicholas Lima (Nikki), Nichole Lima (James), Ethan Branom (Stacey), Sara Hemenway (Blake), Chelsea Branom, Hope Jared, Abbey Jared, Trevor Munsey, Tehya and Jordan Boehm, great-great-grandchildren, Olivia Lima, Piper and Lily Ann Branom, and her brother Don Fitzpatrick (Rita).

She is preceded in death by, husband Cecil R. Jared (who just passed September 15, 2015), father Mark Fitzpatrick, mother Martha Fitzpatrick, sisters Dorothy Truax and Peggy Harris, brothers Michael and Edward Fitzpatrick, son-in-law, Herbert Munsey, grandson, Jeff Munsey.

A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, April 13th at Heritage Chapel at 11:00AM, with burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery at 1:00PM.
