Obituary: Morse, Elaine Nadine
Age 98
She was born March 8, 1917 to Denny and Mary (Timm) Warwick and lived in Harrington, WA.
She was preceded in death by her husband Floyd “Sparky” Morse in 1989.
Elaine is survived by her children Courtney Morse, JoAnn (Jack) Evans, and Patricia (Jim) Felton; grandchildren, Lindsey Morse, Carly Morse (Brent Freeman), Ami (Joe) Miller, Jeff Evans, Greg (Ann) Felton, and Melinda (Scott) Johnson.
Elaine is also survived by her great-grandchildren Sabin and Niah Miller in Denver, CO, Greta and Jaeger Felton in Seattle, WA, and Mylie and Lila Johnson, in Seattle, WA, along with numerous Timm, Warwick, Sawyer and Morse relatives.
Elaine enjoyed and was involved in many community activities.
She was a member of the Harrington Community Congregational Church, Davenport Chapter O.E.S, Daughters of the Nile, Harrington Alumni Association, a 75 year member of Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority and a 50 year member of Bluestem Grange.
Elaine will lie in state at Strate Funeral Home on Thursday, September 17th 2015 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Memorial Services for Elaine will be on Friday, September 18, 2015 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of STRATE FUNERAL HOME, Davenport, WA, Pastor Mike Bailey, officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Harrington Cemetery Maintenance Fund or donor’s choice.
