Obituary: Gilbert, Gloria Jean
Age 69
She passed away May 6, 2015 from natural causes.
Gloria married Robert E. Gilbert in 1963.
She is survived by her sons: Robert E. Gilbert Jr. and Cory L. Gilbert; her grandchildren Stevie, Brody and Heartly Gilbert; and her sister Ellen Barker.
She attended East Valley High School.
Her career began at Newberry where she started as a cashier and worked her way up to manager.
She then worked as the door-greeter at the Spokane Valley Walmart for 13 years where she brought a smile to everyone’s face.
Gloria loved to spend time with and spoil her grandchildren.
Her home was always filled with family and friends.
She was known for decorating her home for every holiday and for her love of the color pink.
Gloria will be greatly missed and will always live on in our memories.
