O’NEILL, Richard (Age 66) The best friend and soul mate of his wife of 31 years Jacqui O’Neill, passed away peacefully at home, Tuesday, July 14, 2015.

Dick’s life was filled with quality time with his lovely wife and many friends.

He and Jacqui spent every day together, skiing at Schweitzer and on Lake Pend Oreille, wind surfing on the Columbia River and relaxing at their Pack River cabin.

He expressed his love of nature through the art of photography.

His work was seen in numerous local and national publications.

He enjoyed his lifetime ski pass each year through this past season.
