Obituary: Domke, Kenneth Lee
Age 83
Kenneth Lee Domke was born to Fred and Lulu Domke in Spokane, Washington on April 16, 1932.
He grew up during the depression working with his father and uncles who ran a produce and fertilizer business.
He attended John Rogers High School and graduated in 1950.
He participated in numerous extra-curricular activities including football.
He served with the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged in 1962.
He married JoAnn Wickwire and had four sons.
He instilled his wisdom and work ethic to his sons and grandchildren.
He was a giving person with caring and compassion to everyone around him.
He is survived by his sons; Kenneth P. Domke, Steven M. Domke, David F. Domke, and Shawn L. Domke, six grandchildren and six great-grandsons.
He was preceded in death by his two sisters Freda Felber and Gladys Goodman and always had a special tie with his nieces and nephews.
A graveside committal service will be held Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Pleasant Prairie Cemetery, Spokane, WA.
Services are under the direction of Hazen and Jaeger Valley Funeral Home.
