Obituary: Mcgillivray, David Byron

McGILLIVRAY, David Byron David Byron McGillivray died unexpectedly on Sunday, January 11, 2015 in Cheney Washington at the age of 52.

Dave grew up in Sacramento, California and moved to Washington where he found his place at City East Autobody Shop as a painter.

As the years went by, Dave became the manager of City South Autobody Shop and eventually co-owner of both City South and City West.

Dave was a dedicated hard working businessman but it was his fun loving personality that drew others to him.

Dave is survived by his wife of 25 years, Sandra; his son, Charlie Leyba; daughter, Yolanda Lozada; nine grandchildren; mother, Nancy McGillivray; brothers, John and Mike; sisters, Carol and Deanna.

Services are scheduled for Saturday January 17th, 2015 at 10:00am at Hazen & Jaeger Funeral Home located at 1306 North Monroe Street Spokane, Washington 99201 with a reception to follow at Dave and Sandra’s home 6302 West Crestview Lane Cheney, Washington 99004.
