Obituary: Woodhead, John

WOODHEAD, John John Woodhead peacefully passed away surrounded by his loving family and cherished friends.

John was a marathon runner, classic car enthusiast, avid tennis player, gardener, and had an insatiable thirst for knowledge that gravitated towards WWII history.

The world has lost a magnificent, gentle husband and father whose kindness and love never went unnoticed.

His family and friends loved him dearly, and John’s inspiring presence will remain strong within all of them.

We all look forward to reuniting with him once more, and as John would always say, “See you sometime.”

A celebration of John’s life will be held in the spring of 2016.

All are welcome to attend and commemorate John’s life.

There will be an announcement closer to that time.
