Arbor Day and Tree City U.S.A. Celebration - Bring your cameras and kids to walk and learn in the warm spring air. Arboretum hosts will tell you about the history of the arboretum and tree stories. Kitten Shower - Through April 16, the Spokane Humane Society will have bins at both Northwest Seed and Pet locations to collect donations for the hundreds of homeless kittens who will need help. A Kitten Shower will be held April 17 and will be filled with lots of baby kitten games. There will be light refreshments and you can learn more about how to care for baby kittens in need.
