Obituary: Utz, Beverly M.
Mother was born in Salt Lake City, Utah in 1928 to George and Fanny Tuttle.
She had two siblings.
Alfred Teddy Tuttle (deceased) and Darlene Troutman, Coeur d’Alene, ID.
In 1935 the family moved to Kellogg, Idaho where they grew up and went to school.
On July 14, 1946 she married Ronald Utz and they had four children, Ronald Utz, Jr. (Linda) Post Falls, ID; Kerry Utz (June) Gooding Idaho; Lola Hendrickson (Rob), Twin Falls, ID; and Corry Utz, (Cheryl), Kingman, AZ.
She also has numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She worked in the kitchen lunch program at Bryan Elementary School for several years.
After her husband passed away in 1990, she volunteered at the Kootenai Hospital for 22 years until her health prevented her from continuing her service.
She was also active with the Eagles Auxiliary Drill Team #486, and Rambling Rovers Senior Travel Club, making many dear friends.
Mother never met a stranger and gave the best hugs.
God found her at home as she had told us “I don’t want God looking all over for me, when he comes to take me home.”
Viewing will be held at 10:00 am, Monday, September 29, 2014 and Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am, Monday, September 29, 2014 at Yates Funeral Home, Coeur d’Alene Chapel.
