Obituary: Dolle, Beverly Joanne
Age 82
Bev was born July 9, 1932 to Edward and Louise Schaller in Spokane, Washington.
She had one younger brother Ed Schaller Jr. Bev attended Holy Names Academy and went on to obtain her nursing degree at the Sacred Heart School of Nursing in 1953.
In September of 1950, Bev met Theo Dolle at a dance.
They courted until he returned from his naval service in Korea in 1955 and they married in May of that year.
Theo and Bev had 47 years together and the good times were better and the hard times more endurable because they always had each other to lean on and they walked together hand and hand through it all.
Bev is preceded in death and will be welcomed home by Theo, her parents, her brother and many others too numerous to mention but who were none the less very important parts of her life.
She is survived by her daughter Christine, and her sons, Edward (Debbie), Ted, David (Jenny) and James (Judy).
She also is survived by her granddaughter Addy, her sister-in-law Margaret Spinelli, brother-in-law Bob Dolle (Phyllis), sister-in-law Rose Schaller, her delightful cousins, nieces, nephews, godchildren and some very dear friends.
(And several ” furry friends” including Linus and Libby Rose!)
Bev was the most loving, genuine soul you could ever meet.
She was a devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother and friend and she will be dearly missed by all those lucky enough to have known her.
A Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 21st from 9 am - 5 pm with a Rosary for Bev following at 5 pm both in the Rose Chapel at Hennessey Funeral Home, 2203 N. Division.
The funeral Mass will be at St. Peters Catholic Church on Monday, September 22, 2014 at 10 am.
Burial at Holy Cross Cemetery.
Contributions can be donated to Poor Clare Nuns and St. Peters Catholic Church.
