WILLS, Alicia Lynne (Yowell,Dwyer) (Age 40) Spokane, WA Alicia died September 28th, peacefully after a car accident that took place on September 25th.

Alicia was born on March 28th, 1974 to mother, Susan Dallas of Newport WA and father Roy (Jiggs) Yowell of Spokane WA.

She was raised with her brothers and sisters: Brandon Yowell of Spokane Valley WA, Dustin Atwood of Auburn WA, Nick Yowell of Cheney WA, Erica Atwood of Newport WA and Jessa Ritter of Newport WA.

Alicia is survived by her grandparents Bern and Lois Dallas of Newport WA, parents Susan Dallas and Roy Yowell, son Josh Wills and daughter Haelee Flinn, brothers and sisters, aunts, uncles and cousins, nieces and nephews and many friends.

Alicia enjoyed spending time with friends and family, her professional passion was cosmetology and loved helping people.

Alicia is preceded in death by oldest daughter Angel Dwyer and uncle Rick Dallas.
