Obituary: Loberg, Jerry Duwayne “Dink”
Age 58
He was born February 10,1956.
Raised in Spokane and graduated from West Valley High School.
He was a proud member and officer of the International Heat and Frost Union Local 82 for 35 years.
He was much beloved by family and friends who he enjoyed fishing, playing cards with and coaching and playing softball.
He was an excellent bowler and attained the coveted 300, the perfect game.
He also enjoyed gardening, house projects, making up unique recipes and horseracing and occasional trips to the casino.
The annual fishing trip with the guys was a yearly must and much looked forward to.
He had a way about him that made everyone feel welcome, and his sense of humor is one everyone will remember.
He is preceded in death by his parents Jerry and Donna Loberg.
Jerry is survived by his wife Norma; son Jerry; and daughters Kim and Stacy.
Also his brother Mike, wife DeeAnn and nephews Joseph and Andrew; also his cousin Bryan Loberg and many other Lobergs and friends.
A graveside service will be held Friday, November 21st at 1:00 at Fairmount Memorial Park.
Reception to follow at Local 82 Union Hall located at 3919 E. Main Ave.
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made in Jerry’s name at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Spokane.
