Seniors disregarded

When I read in the Oct. 19 Spokesman-Review that we seniors are likely to get less than a 2 percent raise on our Social Security again this year, I was very angry. By the time Medicare gets through, and with our supplemental, we may end up with a two-tenths of a percent increase.

Then, in the Oct. 20 paper, I read that the Nazi war criminals after all these years are still receiving Social Security. What in the world is wrong with our government, other than they don’t care about us seniors?

I am writing to the president, and hope that all of you that read this will do the same. Please, we all have to stick together to get the government back for our people, not everyone that comes here from other countries just so they can get all the benefits that we have to pay for.
