Rangers at Montreal
Injured Montreal Canadiens goaltender Carey Price took a light skate before the team’s optional practice Monday. He has been out with a suspected right knee injury since the second period of Game 1 of the Eastern Conference finals. Price skated for about 20 minutes, well before the team’s optional practice. He is out for the rest of the series with the New York Rangers and has been replaced by former Spokane Chiefs standout Dustin Tokarski. The Canadiens trail New York 3-1 in the conference final and will attempt to stave off elimination tonight in Montreal ( 5, NBC Sports).
