Obituary: Ransford, Orville “Ike”

RANSFORD, Orville “Ike” On April the 16th, Orville “Ike” Ransford left this world and entered into the Kingdom God where he joins his beloved wife Carol.

Ike passed away peacefully in his sleep with son Tim and his family nearby.

Ike battled cancer the last few months of his life.

Ike is longtime resident of Moses Lake.

Having moved from White Swan Washington in 1962 to become the Principle of Peninsula Elementary School and retired after 24 years of service to public education.

Ike is survived by his four sons Robert, Michael, Timothy, and Curtis and their families.

Ike has 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Please come join and celebrate his life at the services which will be held at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Moses Lake, on Saturday, May the 3rd at 11:00 a.m.

Please spread the word to all those that may not otherwise read this announcement.

A memorial fund will be set up in Ike’s name for Knights of Columbus.
