Delaware No. 13 • (25-9)

Coach: Monté Ross

Top scorer: Davon Usher, 19.4

Top rebounder: Carl Baptiste, 8.0

Keys to victory: 1) Stay out of foul trouble against the physical Spartans. Delaware may have the least depth of any tournament team: All five starters score in double figures, but the rest of the roster averages just 10.8 ppg. 2) Forward Carl Baptiste (11.3 ppg, 8.0 rpg) needs to hold his own on the boards, especially on the defensive glass against a MSU lineup that outrebounds opponents by more than 5 rpg.

3) Maximize the ability of guards Jarvis Threatt (18.1 ppg, 172 of 250 at the line) and Davon Usher (19.4, 157 of 211 free throws) to force key opposing players into foul trouble.
