That’s according to a survey of which vehicles make their drivers seem most attractive to the opposite sex that was recently conducted by Insure.com in Foster City, Calif. “A full-size truck implies that you can fix a leaky pipe, and regular $100 fill-ups suggest that you’re not money-obsessive,” says the website’s editorial director Amy Danise. “(The) $100 fill-ups also suggest that you regularly have $100.” For their part, the men surveyed said they’d rev their engines for a woman in a red BMW sports car. “I’d recommend a red BMW Z4 for single women,” Danise says. “Two seats signal ‘no kids.’ It’s probably leased, which indicates you’re not heavily into commitment. The convertible top says you’re not worried about your hair.” On the other hand, anyone driving a minivan is likely riding solo, as the archetypical “mom mobile” was cited as being among the least alluring vehicle types by either gender.
