Spokane Teachers Credit Union (STCU) has promoted Richard Breitenberg to director of facilities and support services. Breitenberg has been with STCU since 2011 as a facilities manager and has been certified by the U.S. Green Building Council as a LEED Green Associate. Previously, he worked in residential and commercial construction for 20 years and was in the Army for 10 years.
Health care
Rayme Geidl has been certified by the American Board of Obesity Medicine. To earn this certification, Geidl passed the board’s exam demonstrating an understanding of the causes and of the treatment of obesity. She has been a physician at Moscow Medical since 2011. Geidl is a member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians and practices nonsurgical bariatrics. Previously, Geidl worked as medical director of the University of Idaho’s Student Health Clinic for five years.

Layman Law Firm PLLP has named Brad Crockett and JJ Thompson as partners. Crockett practices complex civil litigation, which includes business litigation, contract disputes, construction defects and employment law, as well as assisting in business formation, transactions and contract drafting. Previously, Crockett worked as an Army officer in the Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps and he continues to work as a JAG in the Washington Army National Guard. Thompson focuses his practice on personal injury matters.

14Four has hired Steve Wanless as a senior developer and Tony Conti as a front-end developer. In his new role, Wanless will coordinate production within his team and build Web-based applications for interactive campaigns. Conti was previously with DigiDeal Corp. as a software engineer for six years.

Randy Shaw has joined the Leadership Council of the Inland Northwest Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. Shaw is a news anchor at KREM-TV.
