Obituary: Tucker, Jerry G.
Jerry was born October 29, 1943 in Enumclaw, Washington and grew up in the Pacific Northwest.
Jerry worked at the Kaiser, Mead Plant for 12 years.
He owned Jerry’s Welding Shop for two years and was a millwright for Millwood Carpenter’s Union #96 for 14 years.
He also worked in road construction for two years.
Jerry loved the outdoors and his hobbies were camping, fishing and prospecting.
He especially enjoyed working at his Idaho mine for over 30 years.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
He served faithfully at Lake City Community Church.
Jerry was preceded in death by three brothers: Thomas, Wesley and Al.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Letty; his sister Cynthia Machuga and brother Gary Allison; children: Robert (Paula) Tucker, Jay (Joanna) Tucker, and Laura (Scott) Draper; adopted children: Krista Kyzar, Tayler Kyzar, and Shawn Kyzar; stepchildren: Sherri Harkness, Vicki (James) Hahn and Debbie Cherry; grandchildren: Ami Dammerman, Grace Tucker, Chloie Tucker, and Sam Tucker.
Jerry had 13 grandchildren 32 great-grandchildren and one great-great- grandchild.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 12, 2014 at Lake City Community church, 6000 N. Ramsey Rd., Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho at 11:00 a.m.
