Obituary: Davis, Daniel Roy
Age 63
He was born on December 7, 1950 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Spokane, WA.
He lived in Spokane most of his childhood, except for two years in Seattle.
He learned to play the trumpet in 5th grade and played tennis in high school.
He graduated from Shadle Park High School in June 1969.
He graduated from SFCC in June 1971 with an AA degree.
He married Elizabeth Ennis on May 29, 1976.
They moved to the Deer Park area in July 1979, where his wife still resides.
Dan enjoyed motorcycles, antique cars, air shows, camping, gardening, and woodworking (he made wonderful gifts for his family that they all cherish).
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Beth; daughter, Carrie Davis; son, Casey Davis; parents, Don and Lucille (Bennett) Davis; sisters, Melody (Barry) Miller, Robin Davis and husband Roger Salsbury, Tina White (Dave Schmitz); and several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
His life will be honored at First Free Methodist Church, 1725 W. Courtland (corner of Ash and Courtland), Spokane, WA., on January 6, 2014, at 11:00am.
