Numbers point to Democrats
Hmm. Interesting. In a Jan. 28 article in Mother Jones titled “Charts: Unemployment Benefits’ Big Bang for the Buck,” we find out that every dollar in food stamps puts another $1.67 into the economy. Every dollar in extending unemployment insurance adds another $1.49 to the economy. Every dollar in across-the-board tax breaks puts only 95 cents back into the economy and, for every dollar in cutting corporate tax rates, only 32 cents is put back into the economy.
Can you figure out which political party makes better economic sense?
