McMorris Rodgers absent at VA

Before the mid-term elections, Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers was all over television telling us how she supported veterans. Was she at the Spokane Veterans Administration hospital meeting Dec. 8, where veterans expressed their concerns over staffing and service cuts? Was she telling us how she would personally push for restoration of staff (two doctors are in the pipeline, stymied by government red tape) and services?

Oh, wait: The election’s over. No photo op here, folks. She already got your vote. If she actually had a representative there, or is actually doing anything but bloviating against the Affordable Care Act, I would apologize, but I doubt I will need to do so.
