The new Valley location will fill about 22,000 square feet in a building formerly occupied by a Rite Aid, said Marketing Vice President Melissa Porter.

Owners Jorge and Adriana Hernandez plan to open Sept. 1.
It will be the first sit-down Mexican restaurant in the Browne’s Addition neighborhood, said Brian Anderson, of NAI Black, who brokered the deal.

Planet Turf, a Spokane-based wholesale fertilizer and landscaping supply distributor, has relocated to a warehouse at 3030 E. Mission Ave. It’s leasing a 5,230-square-foot building near Spokane Community College.
Company President Jim Connolly said he’s leasing from property owner Jim Orcutt. Planet Turf has relied on contracted warehousing services but needs a larger space, Connolly said.
The company sells most of its products to regional golf courses, Connolly said. His background includes more than a dozen years working as an agronomist for the U.S. Golf Association.

The training center and gym will be open six days a week. Holloman’s other center is on Foothills Drive near Division Street.
Brian Anderson of NAI Black helped arrange the lease.
