McMorris Rodgers rejected funds

Been enjoying the smoke in one of our hottest summers on record? While the Carlton Complex fire – Washington’s largest ever wildfire – burns, it’s good to remember that Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers voted against boosting the U.S. Forest Service firefighting budget, which means that to combat the blaze, funds had to be diverted from fire prevention budgets. All this comes from the party adamantly denying climate change. It’s time to dump career politician Cathy. Joe Pakootas gets my vote.
