Age 56
HOLIEN, Douglas Wayne April 1, 1958 - July 24, 2014 Survived by his sisters, Paula, Cheri, Terry and Julie; father, Melvin and his wife, Joyce; as well as numerous aunts, an uncle and cousins.
Preceded in death by his mom, JoAnn and daughter Susan.
Doug was a free spirit who loved the outdoors; fishing, hunting, gardening or just hanging out with Paula.
Telling stories was one of his most loved activities.
He could talk forever about anything.
He had a tender soul, a huge heart, an infectious smile and a contagious laugh.
A soul taken too soon, he will be missed.
A memorial will be held at the VFW at 212 S. David at 11:00 on August 4, 2014.
