1 Art on the Green Festival Noon-7:30 p.m. today, 10 a.m.-7:30 p.m. Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday, North Idaho College, 1000 W. Garden Ave., Coeur d’Alene. 46th annual celebration transforming the NIC campus into an outdoor art gallery and marketplace with hundreds of artists. There will be food, live music on two stages, hands-on art activities for children and more. Plenty of parking, and shuttle bus service to the west side of the NIC campus from downtown is available during the festival. No dogs allowed. 4 Salish School of Spokane 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Shadle Library, 2111 W. Wellesley Ave. Students and staff from the Salish School of Spokane will share the cultural heritage of the first people of the Spokane region. Learn common Salish words and phrases, hear traditional Salish stories, and enjoy traditional and contemporary hand drum songs and exhibition songs on the big powwow drum. (509) 444-5390. 6 Square Revolution 7:30 p.m. today, the Big Dipper, 171 S. Washington St. Dublin-based singer/songwriter/ producer Dave Thomas plays songs from his “Quartet EP.” Thomas was a winner of the all-Ireland Slogadh music competition as a teenager and has been an active composer and live performer since then. 7 Inland Northwest Truck Show 1-7 p.m. today, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday, Greyhound Park and Events Center, 5100 W. Riverbend Road, Post Falls. Big trucks, small trucks, custom pickups and restored big trucks, plus vendors, food and more. Antique trucks will be on display as well as 2015 commercial tractors and trailers. Parking is free.
