Treat pit bulls like lions

Before any more people are maimed by pit bull attacks, the breed should be banned or regulated the same as lions. In the city where I worked, the municipal code authorized police officers to dispatch any animal at large they deemed a threat to public safety.

Not one child should have to face the terror of an attack by a vicious pit bull.
