Obituary: Ruse, David Lawrence

RUSE, David Lawrence (Age 81) Of Spokane, WA passed away peacefully at the Senior Care Center where he resided on April 4th 2014.

Born in Knightsen, CA to John and Nettie Ruse, David lived most of his life in Washington.

David was a passionate man who loved to give out hugs, enjoyed working on cars and in his younger days built and raced cars.

He also enjoyed motorcycle riding with family and friends, fishing and playing with his grandchildren.

David was preceded in death by his wife Evelyn of 53 years.

David was extremely proud of his four children Gary Ruse of Lewiston, ID, Darrell Ruse of Harrisburg, OR, Scott Ruse of Lake Stevens, WA and Darla (Ruse) Hogue of Deer Park, WA.

David is survived by his brother’s Clarence Ruse, Arthur Ruse, and Everett Ruse, and Sister Nona (Ruse) Kimberling as well as his nine grandchildren and eight great- grandchildren.

A special “Thank you” to Cornerstone Senior Care Center for their continued love and care throughout the six years David was a resident.

Funeral Services will be held at Fairmount Memorial Cemetery at 1:30 pm on April 12th, 2014.
