Mentoring a forgotten skill
One of the most forgotten skills of teachers and coaches comes in the area of human development. The primary goal of many educators and coaches is to develop their students into valuable members of a future society.
This is significant because it can be connected to academic and athletic achievement. Unfortunately, positive mentoring is rarely included within education accountability goals.
