Obituary: Hensley, Glen A.

(Age 85) Glen A. Hensley entered into rest on March 19, 2013 due to congestive heart failure.

Glen was the son of Henry and Margret Hensley of Careywood Idaho.

Glen met his wife Bernice Jobe in Sandpoint Idaho.

They were married a year later.

Glen grew up loving the outdoors and never really left them.

He worked hard outside as a rock driller and played outside even harder.

He would gather firewood in the spring, fish in the summer, and hunt in the fall and then enjoyed his harvest in the winter while reading books next to the fire.

Glen is survived by his wife Bernice and four sons: Dean R. Hensley, Ricky G. Hensley, Jeff W. Hensley, and Dale A. Hensley.

Glen had 8 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren and 4 great- grandchildren.

Per Glen’s request there will be no formal memorial.

Dad you had a good life.

You fought a good fight.

Now we know you’re at rest, we will miss you and never forget you.
