Obituary: Smasal, Jefferson Taylor Nickolas
Age 45
Jeff’s life was a miracle.
He suffered his entire life from Lennox Gastaut Syndrome and finally the Angels said “Enough”, and came and took him home February 27, 2013.
Those that met and knew Jeff will never forget that smile and how he touched so many lives with just his presence.
Jeff, the smart one, was his own man.
Jeff is survived by his mother, Janet Smasal; grandfather Robert Haugstad; aunt Gege Haugstad of Cheney; cousin Seena Berg of New York City; and cousin Hattie Berg of Medford, OR and many of his caregivers from Sola that were also his family.
He will also be greatly missed by his best friend and roommate for many years, “Wiz”, David Wisman.
All are welcome to come and give Jeff a great send-off at the celebration of his life on Friday, March 8, at 1:30 p.m. at Hennessey Valley Funeral Home, 1315 Pines Rd, Spokane Valley.
