Missing Kellogg man found alive
A 22-year-old Kellogg man who has been missing for a week was found alive Sunday.
Jesse Kagarise was reported missing Tuesday after he left his family home Oct. 21 carrying a small bow, four arrows and wearing an orange hunting vest. Employees at the Silver Mountain Resort reported to the Shoshone County Sheriff’s Office that he was seen in the area of Kellogg Peak Monday morning.
The sheriff’s office reported he came down from the mountain on his own Sunday morning, cold, wet and hungry but otherwise in good condition. He was treated for frostbite at Shoshone Medical Center.
