Re-elect Obama
Starting with President Ronald Reagan’s tax cuts, then President George H.W. Bush – “read my lips” – and then good or bad President Bill Clinton righted the ship and paid the bills.
Next, eight years of President George W. Bush and Medicare Part D not paid for, the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq off the books, no-bid contracts for Halliburton and Blackwater, and $12 billion in cash missing in Iraq. Tax cuts for the wealthy job providers that are still in place, and where are the jobs?
Next, the banking fiasco due to deregulation. So, we got the Troubled Asset Relief Program to bail out the financial system. The Republicans are responsible for $12.2 trillion of the debt over 30 years, and somehow this is all Obama’s fault. He’s supposed to fix this in just four years with Republicans filibustering everything that’s put on the table.
They have voted 33 times to repeal Obamacare, just wasting time and leaving the American working man out in the cold, out of his house, out of a job.
It’s time we sent the zealots packing, and re-elect Obama and Democratic majorities in both houses.
