Finance

• Spokane Teachers Credit Union promoted Brian Scott from a business analyst to financial reporting manager. He has been with the company since 2003. The credit union also hired Kris Keller as eSupport manager. He previously worked for Farm Credit Financial Partners as a customer support manager and holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Washington State University.

• US Bank named Greg Conley senior vice president and division manager, and Kim Etherton assistant vice president and relationship manager for the company’s commercial real estate department in Spokane. Conley joined the company in 1983 and Etherton has been with the company since 2004.

Ralph Hamm has been promoted to division manager of Wells Fargo Commercial Bank Oregon and Inland Northwest Division. He has been with the company 11 years and previously served as head of Inland Northwest commercial banking activities.

• Idaho Independent Bank appointed Ted Sprott as senior vice president for the company’s Coeur d’Alene office. He has 28 years of experience in the commercial lending industry and previously worked for a financial institution in Spokane. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nevada and a master’s degree in real estate from Golden State University.

Forestry

Eric Cremers has been named executive vice president, in addition to his role as chief financial officer, for Potlatch Corporation. He has been with the company since 2007.

Law

Dennis Hession and Susan Amstadter have joined the firm of Murphy, Bantz and Bury, PLLC. Hession, former Spokane mayor and City Council president, is a trained mediator and consultant and teaches law at Gonzaga University School of Law. Amstadter previously practiced law in Chicago and Washington, D.C., and is a Practitioner in Residence with the Transactional Law Clinic at Gonzaga University School of Law.

• Lukins and Annis P.S. hired Peter Novak, Vanessa Waldref and David Webster as associates for the law firm’s Spokane office. Novak holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Utah, a law degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas School of Law and a Master of Laws degree in banking and financial law. Waldref holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. Webster holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University, a law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Washington School of Law.

• The following individuals have been named new members on SNAP’s board of directors: Ben Wick, Spokane Valley Councilman; Virla Spencer of the Center for Justice; Jacquelyn High-Edward of Northwest Justice Project; and Casey Fielder of Desautel Hege Communications.

Kris Pitcher has been appointed regional chief development officer for the American Red Cross Inland Northwest Chapter in Spokane. She previously worked for Washington State University’s College of Nursing and the YMCA of Phoenix. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Washington State University and has extensive development, fundraising and regional leadership experience.

• Keller Williams Realty Spokane hired Stacy Ryser, Tamara Pivonka and Cambria Moore as agents.

Katherine Morgan has been hired by Greenstone Homes as project manager for the Kendall Yards development in downtown Spokane. She has extensive real estate industry experience, is a Certified Green Professional and holds a degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Gonzaga University.
