Human legs found north of Butte

BUTTE, Mont. — Butte-Silver Bow law enforcement officers are investigating after someone found a pair of human legs just off a mountain road north of Butte. The Montana Standard reports the legs were found by a passerby along Moulton Reservoir Road at about 5:45 p.m. Tuesday. Police confirmed the legs appear to be from an adult white male. The legs have been sent to the state crime lab in Missoula for analysis. Police have released no further information.
