Age 39
THOMAS,
Angela Noel (Shaw)
March 22, 1973 -
July 1, 2012
It is with great love that we celebrate the life of Angela N. Thomas (Shaw) that began at the Presidio Army Hospital in San Francisco, California.
The daughter of David M. Shaw and Shirley A. McDonald spent the majority of her life in the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene area while also living in Puyallup, WA and Okinawa, Japan.
Her quick wit served her well for more than twenty years in the hospitality industry, as she was most proudly known as a master mixologist.
She could easily engage others in a variety of topics stemming from her voracious love of reading, music, and movies.
Other hobbies included crossword puzzles, being a Tampa Bay fan, and enjoying the occasional Seahawks, Mariners, and hockey games, along with loving every dog she owned throughout her life.
Angela was preceded in death by her brother Brian J. Shaw (1972).
She is survived by her daughter Jade A. Turrell of Coeur d’Alene, ID; her father David M. Shaw, and his wife Janet E. Shaw, of Spokane, WA and her mother Shirley A. McDonald of Surprise, AZ; her sister Audra M. Shaw and husband Harold B. Shaw of Cheney, WA; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, friends, and her dog Ginger.
The service will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at 10:00 am at Holy Cross Cemetery, 7200 N. Wall St., Spokane, WA.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society or animal shelter of choice.
