LEWIS, Scott
(Age 55)

Scott Lewis, age 55 of Georgetown, Texas passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2012.

Scott was born on August, 22, 1956 in Spokane, Washington to Larry Leroy Lewis and Thama Melman.

After high school, he attended the University of Phoenix and earned his Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts.

He then attended University of the State of New York and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree.

Scott served in the U.S. Navy and proudly defended our country’s freedom for 24 years, and during the Gulf War.

He retired from the Navy in 1997.

After his service, Scott went on to specialize in computer technology with his focus being a computer silicon water tool.

He retired for a second time in 2008, after 11 years with KLA Tencor, in Austin, Texas.

Scott was an active member in the VFW, Georgetown.

Scott will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew him.
Scott was preceded in death by his father, Larry Lewis and brother, Clay Shull.


To cherish his memory, Scott leaves behind his daughter, Brandy Buzinski; sons: Scott Lewis Jr., Barry Maxwell and Jesse Maxwell; mother, Thama (Shull) Melman; sisters: Marda (Shull) Allen and Teri (Lewis) Longstreth; and brother, Todd Shull.


Memorials may be made in Scott’s name, to the American Heart Association, at 7272 Greenville Ave., Dallas, Texas 75231.


Services for Scott will be held at a later date.
