Reardan routs NWC, stays undefeated in girls basketball

Kelsey Moos had 20 points, 13 rebounds and four steals and Katy Burge added 20 points and 12 rebounds as Reardan continued its run of lopsided wins, this time beating Northwest Christian 83-50 in Bi-County 2B League action Friday in Reardan.

Chantel Heath added 17 points and eight steals for Reardan (14-0, 10-0), which has a margin-of-victory average of more than 32 points.

Northwest Christian (12-3, 9-2), which had just seven players suit up, got 11 points from Treasure Farmer and 10 from Courtney Gray.

GNL

Deer Park 62, West Valley 50: The Stags (9-6, 5-2) took control in the second quarter and went on to beat the host Eagles (4-10, 1-6). Danielle Beltrame scored 14 points and Alisha Perez added 13 for Deer Park, which outscored West Valley 22-7 in the second quarter. The Eagles were led by Natalie Noble’s 13 points.

Northeast A League

Colville 50, Riverside 38: Ashley Knight scored 13 points to guide the Indians (11-5, 6-1) past the host Rams (6-11, 1-6). Colville shot 13 of 22 from the free-throw line, while Riverside made two of its three attempts. Courtney Davis had 21 points and 12 rebounds, and Marisa Pace added 10 points and nine boards for the Rams.

Lakeside 56, Chewelah 27: Tayler Flemming scored 17 points and Ashley Cook-Cox added 11 as the Eagles (10-7, 5-2) routed the host Cougars (2-15, 0-7). Lakeside outscored Chewelah 20-7 in the first and led by 24 points at the half. Ryann Richmond had eight points for Chewelah.

Panorama League

Curlew 46, Northport 39: Lindsey Gibson scored 14 points as the Cougars (3-12, 1-7) beat the visiting Mustangs (1-14, 1-8) for their first league win. Northport’s Marissa Gilmore scored a game-high 18 points, but had just four after halftime.

Columbia 63, Selkirk 19: Krista Colvin had 18 points, eight steals and six assists and Lindsay Loe added 15 points and 12 rebounds as the host Lions (16-1, 10-0) whipped the Rangers (13-4, 7-3) in Hunters. Elizabeth Larrew chipped in 17 points for Columbia, which held Selkirk scoreless in the third quarter.

Republic 54, Inchelium 35: Alyssa Stout had 17 points and 15 rebounds and Brianna Brown recorded a triple-double with 10 points, 10 assists and 12 rebounds as the Tigers (11-5, 3-0) beat the visiting Hornets (6-8, 2-7). Gabby Jessen added 10 points for Republic. The Hornets were led by Olivia Williams’ 15 points.

C. Washington 2B

Lake Roosevelt 55, Pateros 41: Dominique Pleasants had 12 points and nine assists as the Raiders beat the Billygoats at Coulee Dam. Hailey Chaney added eight rebounds for the Raiders.
