McROBERTS, Delbert Paul
Del passed away on June 19, 2012 in Lubbock, TX.
He was born on October 10, 1929 in Spokane, WA.
He leaves behind his wife, Ellen, of 49 years.
A brother, Terry McRoberts; a son, Shawn; two daughters Deborah McRoberts/Burkey and Pamela Samsel.
A stepson, Thomas Farley and two stepdaughters, Laura Farley Burlet and JoEllen Farley Steck.
He leaves 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Del worked at Kaiser Aluminum in Trentwood for 32 years during which time he also served in the U.S. Army and U.S.A.F.
He retired from Kaiser in May 1980.
He then became a long-haul truck driver and later worked as a security guard in Lubbock.
Del was a Christian and a member of the Nazarene church in Lubbock since 1994.
He was cremated in Lubbock and his memorial will be held at the cemetery in Mondovi, WA.
