Stick with SCRAPS and avoid all kinds of problems

Hurray for Liberty Lake veterinarian Mark Fosberg for telling it like it is, in support of SCRAPS and keeping the animal control contract in Spokane Valley. Like Fosberg, we experienced numerous problems and a severe lack of response or cooperation when SpokAnimal had the contract with Liberty Lake. What a huge improvement it has been since SCRAPS took over the contract.

Please, Spokane Valley City Council, save yourself and the community a boatload of problems. Stick with SCRAPS, a top-notch organization, far superior to its competition.
