No purpose but to kill

In response to the July 29 letter by Keith Dahlberg, we can own semi-automatic, pump-action, lever-action and bolt-action weapons, but not automatic weapons.

As for owning multiple weapons, you may have a shotgun for bird hunting, a large-caliber gun for big game and a small-caliber rifle or pistol for target practice. You may also have several hundred rounds of ammo for each caliber gun you own.

Automatic weapons have no purpose except to kill, and that is why it is against the law to own one.
