Was born April 6, 1947 and on Monday night, April 9th she was set free from this life to join her mother and father, Evelyn and Phealon Hamilton and her brother Clyde Hamilton.
She is survived by her three children, Marlyce (Chuck) Boomer, Annette Hamblin, and Joseph (Pam) Hamblin; six grandchildren, Isaiah, Jordan, Hunter, Joseph, Bailey, and Jayden and many other family and friends that will miss her deeply.
Connie was an incredible woman.
She finished raising three children on her own while getting her nursing degree.
She was proud of this fact and we, her children are proud of her.
She put her passion for life into every patient she cared for in ICU at Holy Family where she worked as an RN for many years until retiring.
Other passions of hers were Holidays and birthdays; any kind of celebration.
She loved the decorating and baking but most of all she made sure there was a gift for all.
