• Brandon Houskeeper and Courtney Barnes have been named government affairs directors for the Association of Washington Business. Houskeeper previously worked as a policy analyst for the Washington Policy Center and Barnes previously worked for the state House of Representatives, serving as a counsel for several committees. The organization also named Tom Layson a communications specialist. Layson has operated his own video productions company, New Media Solutions, since 2007.

• Robert Matthew has been hired by InCyte Pathology as a storeroom assistant. He previously worked for Kaiser Aluminum. The company also hired Tanya Frey as an accountant and Angelina LeBlanc as an accessioner. • Bruce Anderson has been appointed as a lawyer representative for the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Court, District of Idaho, for a three-year term. He is a partner in the Coeur d’Alene law firm of Elsasser Jarzabeck Anderson Elliott and Macdonald, Chtd.
