OLYMPIA — Washington Gov. Chris Gregoire has ordered flags at state buildings to be lowered to half staff Wednesday in memory of an Army helicopter pilot from Battle Ground who died in Afghanistan.
Chief Warrant Officer Jonah D. McClellan of the 101st Airborne Division was among the nine American troops killed in the Sept. 21 Blackhawk crash in southern Afghanistan.
