Eastern Washington’s playoff picture
Eastern Washington, ranked No. 3 in this week’s FCS polls, can win the Big Sky Conference championship outright and an automatic berth in the FCS playoffs with a win over Idaho State today coupled with a Montana win over Montana State.
If EWU ties for the conference championship, all tiebreaker scenarios favor Montana State, but the Eagles are expected to receive a first-round bye and second-round home game in the playoffs as long as they defeat Idaho State.
