Inland Crafts kicks off today

What: Twenty-eighth annual sale and exhibit of fine contemporary crafts by 55 artisans from six Western states and British Columbia, including a Spokane Jewelers Guild Showcase and hourly art demonstrations/mini-workshops.

When: Friday, noon to 8 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Where: Spokane Convention Center, 334 W. Spokane Falls Blvd.

Cost: $5, good all weekend (free admission Friday, 6-8 p.m.)
