Senior meals

For the week of Jan. 18-22

Monday – Option 1: Polynesian pork, rice, green beans, carrots. Option 2: Chicken sandwich, tomato basil soup.

Tuesday – 1: Barbecue chicken, hashbrowns, broccoli- cauliflower blend. 2: Vegetable frittata, cornbread.

Wednesday – 1: Pork roast with gravy, scalloped potatoes, green beans. 2: Meat taco with cheese, lettuce, tomato, salsa, and sour cream.

Thursday – 1: Chicken and wild rice casserole, vegetables, confetti coleslaw. 2: Tuna pasta salad, three-bean salad, coleslaw, dinner roll.

Friday – 1: Swiss steak with tomatoes, rosemary red potatoes, vegetables, salad with dressing. 2: Clam chowder, cheese sandwich, salad with dressing.
