Eastbound I-90 blocked at Lookout Pass

The eastbound lanes of I-90 at Lookout Pass are completely blocked from semi-trucks that have spun out, according to an Idaho State Police dispatcher. The dispatcher said ISP does not know when the lanes will be cleared.
