Schierman-Nelson

Amber Nelson, Spokane Valley, and Trentin Schierman, Newman Lake, plan to marry Nov. 6.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of André and Vicki Nelson, Citrus Heights, Calif., and Renée and Jack Whipple, Spokane Valley. The groom-to-be is the son of David and Tami Schierman, Newman Lake.

Nelson is a student at Spokane Community College. Schierman is an Airman First Class in the Air Force and is stationed in Minot, N.D.

Sperl-Kessler

Kasandra Kessler, Spokane Valley, and Bentley Sperl, Petersburg, Alaska, plan to marry in late summer 2011.

Michael and Tenise Kessler, Connell, Wash., and Trish and Jeff Luce, Spokane, are parents of the bride-to-be. The groom-to-be is the son of Dennis Sperl and Dorothy Bentley, both of Petersburg.

Kessler is employed at Liberty Mutual/Safeco Insurance. Sperl is employed by the Alaska Marine Highway System.
